THE MODEL 231 AND OUR ETHICAL CODE

ORGANISATION AND MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORK

La Giovane has adopted an Organisation and Management Framework (pursuant to the Italian Legislative Decree 231/01) and has appointed a Supervisory Board for supervising its activities. An integral part of this Framework is our Code of Ethics, which contains the values and principles that inspire La Giovane’s activities.

All who work in the interest of the Cooperative are required to comply with the Framework and the Code of Ethics. This approach allows La Giovane to found its work on loyalty and transparency to the benefit of all stakeholders.

FOR REPORTING TO THE SUPERVISORY BOARD:

The Supervisory Board will take all possible steps to ensure that the right to anonymity of whistleblowers is safeguarded.
