Parma’s Paganini Auditorium hosted the Final Concert of the 12th Toscanini Competition, a leading international event for young conductors.
The Third Prize, worth € 5,000 and offered by the La Giovane Cooperative, was awarded to conductor Leonard Weiss, who captivated the audience with his talent and artistic sensibility.
Promoted by the Arturo Toscanini Foundation on the 50th anniversary of the Toscanini Orchestra, the competition confirms Parma’s role as a capital of music.
With this recognition, La Giovane renews its commitment to supporting young people and local culture.
